BIOGRAPHY

I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs allowing them to invest in their future. I specialize in everything from first-time home buying to luxury real estate. I believe in building life-long relationships with people and being a real estate resource for life.

I’m married to an amazing human being and Austin native, Phillip Mishoe, who has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. People sometimes refer to us as a local “Chip & Joanna Gaines” but I like to think we have our own set of unique attributes that benefits our clients. Because I’ve been in Austin for over 10 years and have experienced major growth in the city, my knowledge of all areas and neighborhoods in and around Austin makes me a valuable asset to my clients. This knowledge allows me to help them navigate the Austin market and provide clarity in the home search or home sales market. I spent three years writing for a local blog The Austinot and love to share about the goings on of the city. I have even appeared on HGTV's House Hunters twice, and yes, it’s just a reenactment of the house hunting process.

It’s also a personal goal of mine be an active and contributing member of the community as I have regularly volunteered with various organizations since moving to Austin in 2019. Most recently, I volunteer with The Mother’s Milk Bank at Austin through The Junior League of Austin, and have served on the Board of the Young Women's Alliance and Ashe Arts Austin. I am a graduate of the Leadership Austin Emerge program and enjoy community building and growing cultural awareness by supporting local business and the arts.

I am excited to help clients find properties that best fit their lifestyle and investment goals and am always available to help whether you need help purchasing, selling, relocation or remodeling advice. Give me a call or shoot me an email and we’ll chat.
