Karl Haussmann has been in real estate in Austin for nearly 11 years. His areas of expertise/experience include residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, and residential and commercial development. Karl has built a practice over the last decade that focuses on his desire to build long-term relationships with his clients, helping them before, during, and after their transactions.  Prior to his career in real estate and after earning his master's degree in business from the University of Texas, Karl helped establish Livestrong, a foundation dedicated to helping people affected by cancer. As the foundation's Executive Director, the non-profit raised millions of dollars in support of its mission. Today, in his spare time, Karl is the volunteer President of the Kelly Davidson Pediatric Cancer Foundation.  Married and the father of three children, Karl is an avid cyclist and former professional triathlete. Prior to his life in Austin, Karl worked in both international trade services and sports marketing in his native Chicago, Illinois.

Karl is the epitome of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. In an industry where many are willing to cut corners just to get that commission check, Karl is only focused on looking out for your best interests and providing the most outstanding customer service I've found anywhere.
From the pre-sales process, to the transaction, to post-sales, Karl and his team of professionals are always there to answer any questions and provide a level of expertise few would expect. In addition, Karl has referred me to a number of other providers in the real estate industry (mortgage broker, electrician, etc.) and his referrals are always right-on. If Karl doesn't have the answer, he'll find it for you.
